Free credits

• Check your balance and eligibility on the free credits page.
• You can request credits when your balance is below 399. Each video uses 399 credits.
• If your account was first registered on another partner site, free credits for your account come from that site.

Making videos

Video creation, downloads and subscriptions are managed in the See It. Cook It. app. For app issues, use the in-app help or contact us and we'll route your request.

Orders

Digital book receipts and refunds: reply to your receipt email or contact us. Partner products are supported by the merchant that sold them.

To report a video or request removal (copyright, privacy or other concerns), email us with the page link and reason. We review every report.
